My neuro and I have decided to forget O and go back Copaxone since my condition had gotten worse since starting O. Not looking forward to needles again but maybe will keep me from declining more.

How about going to an oral like Aubagio? One a day no needles 🙏🐾😉 Ken
My neuro feels that copaxone is better because of no side effects and no need for blood tests every 6 months
How long were you on O? Did you have new symptoms?
Sorry to hear that Judy, but as with all medications, we all react differently. How long were you on Ocrevus? Blessings Jimeka 🦋
Hi this is ssdw1958 could you let me know how that works out for you.
I have been thinking of going back to Plegridy as I feel worse on Ocrevus. I have had 2 complete infusions and not doing as good as I was before. Neurologist convinced me to give it time.
That’s what my neurologist said to me give it time well I am going to receive my 2 year does on November 9th so we will see what happened.
Since these DMTs work so differently, I wonder if there is benefit to using combined DMTs? I know there are wash out periods for some before a new one can be started and those can not likely be used simultaneously but others maybe...I think I read a study where they were doing this but can’t recall which DMTs or what the outcomes were thus far.
Every one is different, and each DMT is different, that's for sure. I hope you do better with the Copaxone. My neurologist had briefly talked about Ocrevus, but when my last MRI showed no new lesions, and since I haven't gotten "needle fatigue" too badly yet, she recommended I stay on Copaxone for now. As long as it works, I'm great with that. Keep us updated on how you're doing.
I did really well with copaxone. The only reason I tried O was to get rid of needles...now wishing I would have stayed with it!
I was started out on Copaxone then switched to Gilenya due to allergic reactions. Since on Gilenya I've developed new lesions and now they want to switch me to Ocrevus. Copaxone isn't too bad once you get use to injecting yourself. Good luck#
