You look in the mirror and smile, don't you. That is not a question that is a statement. Now practice saying NO. That is it stand tall look yourself in the Eye, and with your strength and your firmness of character say this word. NO
You do not have to be rude or mean, just firm. I understand that we are all used to saying Yes. Moving the heavens and Earth to be as accommodating as we can at all times, but my friend YOU need to learn to say NO.
YOU like me have Relapsing Remitting multiple sclerosis, You can no longer be everything to everybody, be a supermum, a hard worker an acrobatic lover. Pick one. do it well and be proud of yourself. Maybe more will come as days go by. With experience and good habits only YOU will know what YOU can do.
First though, smile in the mirror and start practising saying NO, politely of course. Never feel obligated to say any more than "NO I have ms I can't" or if YOU become strong enough, "I will not do that"
Be happy and comfortable with YOU.
