G'day ms family. Thinking more about it as we do, why did I fall over?

That is not something I normally do when I think hard about it. Be unsteady, well that is normal, but fall over that is not. Of course, I had to look into it a little deeper. 20+ years with ms is no justifiable reason. Look, look hard, deeper what has changed? I changed my medicine. My urine smells and is very yellow, no UTI. I have more energy and I am moving faster. Why could this not be a side effect of the medicine? It makes sense why could it not be?

Observe, watch yourself, and pay attention. Do not just automatically blame ms for everything. Usually I am on an extended holiday in Australia at this time of year. This year I am in the hot dry desert Could this also have something to do with my instability? DO NOT just blame ms for everything, there might be other causes,

Live well, with your eyes open. Pay attention to your actions and surroundings. Live your life well., and with a smile on your face, if not in your heart.

I'm glad you brought up that not everything that happens to you is caused by MS. I've learned that a lot of my aches & pains were due diet not MS. I totally agree with your post...thanks.

If your new med is allowing you to move better and faster, you might need to give your body a chance to catch up to your new speed! That would be my guess as to why you fell. Hang in there, brother Royce, I am so glad that you are better! 🏃
