I just got done with my first 5 days of steroids. I do feel better but now I can see that I am this vestibule of inflammation. Trade tricks anyone?!! My ankles are literally going to split open. My shoulders ache so deeply. Help me Obi One you're my only hope....

Oh the water is a problem too with having to go potty. I'm so swollen. All the fires too. Very allergic. I'm tired of being so tired. Xoxo

Elevate your feet higher than your heart👍 Ice works twenty minutes every couple hours. My wife likes heat for her arthritis knees. Relax as steroids continue to work for several weeks. 👍🙏😉🐾Ken
