So I just left the hospital. I went to the ER because my right side was feeling heavy and weak. I finally got a room upstairs I had two days of steroids but my mri came back fine. But my legs still feels weak and I feel sick and nauseous.

Sometimes I wonder if MRIs can tell the whole story. Feel better quickly and take care of yourself.

Hello and welcome. Sorry to hear that you been in hospital, take it easy as when the steroids wear off you may feel tired. Rest up, and let us know how you are, Blessings Jimeka 🤗

Hello and hope you feel better. Before I was diagnosed with my "new friend" MS, my right leg was heavy and weak. After my brain and spinal cord MRI, the cause of the right leg problem was PPMS. Hang in there.

When I have had to have steroids, it sometimes seems they will will work right away sometimes and other times it takes a little longer. Rest and try to tak it easy Myheroacademia

Hi Myheroacademia welcome to the community! So sorry you were in the hospital! What DX are they leaning towards? Are they sending you to a neurologist? I'm sure the neuro would be able to give you some answers. Just remember, MS mimics many different things! 🤗💕🌠

Hi Myheriacademia (clever name)

First I’m sorry for your ordeal , it’s all hard, stinks but you WILL get through it whatever it is.

I’ve been doing this since I had a stroke at 19 am now 52. Stroke was caused from hemiplegic migraine and my entire left side

Numb, weak, HEAVY, talking, walking etc

All affected. I also at time could not handle ANY LIGHT but had no migraine pain...

I still struggle with those type of migraines but they are very controlled.

I was diagnosed with severe Ms in 1995.....

My advice to you is

Neurologist specializing in neurodegenerative diseases and/or migraine to get to bottom of what’s up

Know your body!!!!! Do not take Accept

An answer or lack of!!!!

Be your own advocate!!!!!!!!!

Push back for answers you want and fir appointments you need promptly !!!!

Plz remember the web can be your best source but be careful your info URL is a known medical source

YOU SEEM VERY SMART

YOU ARE ALWAYS STILL YOU no matter what,

You got this. A step at a time!!!!

Please take care and rest to get your strength back. Could you have a virus or infection somewhere? Anything like that for me sets my MS off. Please let us know how you feel in a day or two. Until then you have many people thinking of you and wish you well. Fancy.
