Good Tuesday morning. You made it through another Monday, well done my friend. I shall be polite and introduce myself & tell you a very little about me.

My name is Royce, I have RRms and have had it for nearly 20 years. Okay 19 years and 9 months since diagnoses to be more accurate. In my travels I have picked up a thing or two about our mutual traveler that I would like to share with you. To try and make things less stressful for you. I hope I am of some use to you.

Firstly my pet project, Get on a Disease Modifying Drug,

Second thing, get on a Disease Modifying Drug.

& third thing, ok I won't say it again but you do know what I was going to say. It really is that important.

I guess number 4 or maybe number one, depending on how you feel. Is know this always. It is our illness, our body is eating itself for some reason. I have never found out why and after all this time I am not sure how I feel about finding out. I like very much "Just because". It is an illness of the human condition, and last time I checked I was Human, therefor why not me? I find this easier emotionally though I will admit in the beginning I did do lots and lots of looking. Alas I at least could not keep looking for a reason, I just had to accept "BECAUSE". Is this cowardly of me? , I am not sure but eventually I had to let go and get back on with living, because at 28 I had a lot of years in front of me, as do YOU, Never forget that.

You take your medicine, you follow some of my ideas, because YOU are YOU and You \OU are very far from finished yet. This is no more than an inconvenient bump in the road. A bump that YOU CAN and YOU WILL get through. I will say I am nothing special. I put my pants on every day just like everybody else.

Just like YOU, so take my hand, walk with me a while and Maybe I will say something that YOU need to hear to get YOU through a difficult moment.

Come on trust me, I will only nag about the DMTs a lot . Word of warning I am not a Doctor, Neurologist or any kind of therapist. Just an ordinary bloke with a few years experience under his belt,.

Come along, it is time to start moving along our ms journey.

Royce

Today your walking partner
