I have found over the years that ms doesn’t like you getting comfortable, it likes to disrupt, also it maybe the position you are lying in. Blessings Jimeka 🦋 🍫

Your bladder is on a power trip. Truly, many of us have asked that question to no one in particular, but still wanting an answer. Seriously, when your day is ending, and you are slowly emptying your mind....... that just gives that bossy bladder an open playing field!

Me too! It stinks. & I have a neurogenic bladder so it takes a long time to go!

Because the kidneys are very good at filling the bladder within 30 minutes while in a prone position, I read for 30 min before I want to fall asleep, empty my bladder, then get comfy. Got this info from my neurologist. More than 1/2 the time I can sleep through the night and other times I wake at about 4AM but am able to fall back to sleep.
