BE PREPARED & BEND

Are u ready for the unexpected? are u flexible enough to have everything change overnight?

You have ms now it is official, strange things are going to happen to you, most likely again, and if you are not sensible again.

It takes knowing yourself. your limitations and how far you are willing to push yourself before breaking and if you can come back from a break. There are things that you will learn over time, some faster than others. Some you will never understand, but you know that iit is just BECAUSE. You have learned YOU and You, know that yes this is not sensible to do, this will hurt but this is fun but I will suffer for it, BECAUSE you studied you and you are prepared. BE PREPARED. I wear adult nappies/diapers because I AM PREPARED, I ALWAYS TAKE the shopping cart at the grocery store. Not because I want to buy lots, its so I have something to lean on, if I get tired and have to stop. I think about what I am going to do at the gym so that I can manage my energy and not have to be carried out.

I try to be prepared so the unexpected does not throw me in to a spiral it is just another turn, no biggie I am ready and I can cope with it. & if it something truly odd happens I have those previous successes to look back on and say I did that I can cope, adjust, handle this because I am like bamboo and I will bend but never break. No matter how strong the wind blows.

Bend, there is no need to break.

Oh Royce so well written. Stream of consciousness rather than structured writing. I was an English teacher and taught students to find their gift for putting on paper what roils in our minds. I recently had an experience where I fell at WalMart, and a security guard helped me recover and watched over me. Asked if he should call 911. I stated no I just need to gather myself. I decided to use this experience to demonstrate to myself and my family and friends that I can go fall down, get up, and move on down the road. Faith cannot live in our hearts if fear rules. Now, I am planning a trio of mini-trips with my husband to places I haven't seen in quite some time. God is my heavenly Father. Jesus died for my salvation. The Holy Spirit guides me during this worldly trip. God bless you.

Stream of consciousness rather than structured writing, I think that is what I am trying to do. Write what my mind is saying and share that.

Thank you for your very constructive input. Have some memorable trips
