Drug options

My neurologist is going to try and start me on a lower dose of tecfidera since my first go around was very rough.

He said if it's still rough the second time around, he may switch me to gilenya or aubagio....I'm wondering what the difference is in these meds or if anyone could share their experiences with them. Side effects, etc. thank you!

I have been on Aubagio for sixteen months and doing great with no side effects 👍 Also last two MRI’s were stable and no new lesions 😁. I did not have good luck with Tecfidera, to many side effects and only lasted about two months on it 😣. Good luck in starting a new DMT 👍🙏🐾 Ken

Tecfidera and Gilenya caused my white blood cell counts to plummet. I’ve been on Aubagio for 1 and 1/2 yrs and the only side effect was a bit of hair loss early on.
