They started at 8:45 and were over by 11:10. I get my MRIs done at the doctor's office. He claims his machine is one of the strongest in the US and he doesn't offer music since it's so loud. The man doing the MRIs started with the brain, then c. spine, t. spine. Next came the contrast. Back to t.spine, then c. spine, and ended with the brain. I was given 3 opportunities to get up and move around. I took Valium prior to the test b/c of the difficulty I have had in the past with stiffness and spasms. Now I wait... I see my doc on October 9th. I'm hoping/expecting no change since last year b/c of the Tysabri. I'm still a groggy from the Valium. Thank you everyone for your advise and concern!! I love this group of people!!!

MRIs are over π
Well done Juleigh21, it's over and done with now, all being well the results will be good. Relax and have a pleasant day. Blessings Jimeka π π¦
Ky prayers for you that they show no changes. I had my high resolution MRI with contrast, which thankfully showed no changes since last time.
jimeka Hidden thank you for your kind words! I am so grateful that the MRIs are overπ. I'm always stressed leading up to them and waiting for the results. So much emphasis is put on the MRI results by all the MS neurologist I've had.
Glad they are over for you Juleigh21 π Good Thoughts For Good Results!π

Glad they're done. I'm sure the results will be fine. Take a deep breath, they're over!
Long time in that tube...I hope you aren't too stiff or sore today after lying still all that time. Praying you receive good news on the 9th. Thank you for the update!! π
Hi Juleigh21 ! I will keep you in my prayers for no changes.

Juleigh21 , well done! I'm thrilled you got through them, but sorry for the stiffness and soreness. We'll be praying for unchanged results.
Juleigh21 hoping for good MRI results for you π
Congratulations on successfully making it through another MRI. Love the button! I want one.
Glad the MRIs are over for you. My first one was 2 1/2 hours long with no breaks. I thought I was going insane. It made all the rest seem like nothing.
Talk about slow!! I've been reading this thread since you first posted it, Juleigh21 , and I just 'got' the magnet. π³ I don't know whether to laugh π or quietly slip away out of embarrassment. πΆHa! I'll laugh. ππ€£
Yaay, Juleigh21 ! Hopefully you're done for another 6 months. Unfortunately, you do tend to get used to it. Best, Sukie427
Juleigh21 Glad they are done for you!! Hope you get the results you are hoping for when you go to your neuro for a follow up next month! Keep us updated when you can.
