frustration getting attention

Took a photo of a spreading growth on my arm but the practice doesn't have the facility to receive photos and there is no doctor available until later next week. Here's the photo. Sorry, got a red message: 'looks like there's a problem uploading your image!'

Had a problem like this since March! Used everything otc as it most likely is a fungal skin infection however not going away even when it looks like it's improving expands more with a vengeance. Dr has prescribed something too but again not long lasting effects
