My first suggestion is to have a desert spoon of flaxseed oil every day also 2 x 1000mg fish oil capsules and 2 x 1000mg evening primrose oil capsules

Also have a level teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda in some water every morning

All these will have some effect I am sure so please try all of them

Scalp, chest and face? Sounds like maybe a reaction to shampoo or body soap, maybe detergent? How often do you wash your face, head. and body? Have you spoken to a doc, or a dermatologist yet? These look like acne to me, but could be mild psoriasis or a yeast/staph infection of the skin. Have you tried to switch shampoos to something with teatree oil in it? I get pimples or boils? on my scalp on occasion, and it started after I was diagnosed with hypothyroid so I assume mine is some sort of reaction to my thyroid meds, or hormone imbalance, etc. I don't get them on my face or chest, but I feel like it might be similar to your symptoms.

I agree that it is most likely a reaction to something that you are exposed to on a regular basis. Your diet (gluten, dairy, food coloring) and/or anything you use on your skin generally top the list of possibilities. Even the hardness of the water in the area that you live can cause these types of skin issues. Many people filter their drinking water, which helps, but showering in the unfiltered water on a daily basis can be problematic. Filter shower heads are available on Amazon, as well as countertop models for your drinking water. You could also give these a go and see if you notice any improvement.

Good luck. 😊

Ive tried changing too all different types of shampoo and ive even done only water. I have thought it could be the water in the area too. Im gonna give the shower cap a go. Thanks

Milk...wheat....Chocolate...High Fructose corn syrup does it for me. I have two friends that get those big honkers from ice cream and milk. You can play around and see what happens when you stop ingesting a particular food. Oh, I can't eat crackers or packaged cookies. The crackers are the worst for my skin, I get tiny PAINful cuts on my hands, especially my fingers w/i minutes.

We don't get a break use onion juice on your skin and eat raw garlic to kill anything inside you. We have to fight it from the inside out. Trust me I know I've been fighting this for a year with natural stuff and it seems to have calm it down
