Deleted Post

Hi my post from yesterday was just deleted. I’m not sure if I deleted accidentally or not- I received no message why it got deleted. I received some responses to my post that made me feel better, but the deletion is causing my anxiety to flare because I think maybe the guilt that prompted the post to begin with is justified by the fact that the post got deleted. Thanks

No I received a message from one of the admins that it (I) could've posted triggering material.

Ok thanks. I just hope it didn’t get deleted because it was determined that I actually did cause the harm that I was worried I may have caused (which I started to realize it was likely just my ocd causing me to think that).

The guilt is your OCD pulling you in to doubt yourself. Resist. Tell yourself it doesn’t matter. It’s hard but if you don’t stand up to OCD it will get stronger. YOU want to get stronger, not your OCD
