I've been scratching compulsively for a decade now I've tried everything to stop, gloves, therapy, supplements, mindful meditation etc. Anyone else going through the same? It seems rare

Scratching
Skin-picking disorder, which is classified as an OCD related disorder in the DSM-5, has the same prevalence among the general population as OCD, between 1 % and 2%. So, I wouldn’t think it’s rare. Have you tried a form of cognitive-behavioral therapy?
Habit reversal is a treatment often used for BFRB (Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors).
Good morning. I share this struggle. I've compulsively picked, rubbed, and scratched the same spot on my finger for literal years. It's built up a thick, ugly callus that bleeds and hurts. I've tried wraps, fidget rings, burning off the callus as if it's a wart... I'm also diagnosed with OCD and have had therapy and am on medication, but nothing stops me from mindlessly messing up my finger. I'm sorry you also have this problem, but it feels nice to not be alone.
