Hello everyone. Has anyone tried EMDR for their OCD? I know ERP is usually the first line of treatment but my therapist only offers the former. I’m just wondering if anyone has tried it and what the results were. Thanks for any help or advice.

I tried EMDR at a residential treatment program and found it really helpful since trauma is the root of my OCD I believe. Still learning, slowly but surely. I think its super helpful for trauma
