This is exactly how OCD works. It exists as - and thrives on - the complete opposite (a contrast) to your idea of self perfection and moral ideals. Intrusive thoughts are ego dystonic in nature, and sexual themes are especially distressing. I struggled with these for years into deeper (darker) states of depression. For some, it may be an older sibling. For others, it can be children. Pedophilic OCD.

I’ll start by encouraging a shift from your negative perspective, to a positive one. Your sister’s videos weren’t necessarily “naughty.” Sex is a cultural taboo, and it shouldn’t leave anyone feeling guilty. I trust everyone’s intentions were good. Finding the video was an accident, and making it probably had valid reasons of its own. Let’s not (however) ignore that you’re obviously attracted to the content in your sister’s video. Most men I know have indulged in watching occasional pornography where women wear lingerie, strip naked, and masturbate. There is a healthy balance here that acknowledges your attraction to women, while not obsessing on “who” specifically. Your sister’s videos were not intended for you. This was a mistake. Don’t let your OCD (obsession) feed on it and consume your quality of life one day after another.

With a better understanding of obsessive thoughts, you can begin preventing compulsive behaviours. OCD will try to substitute your sexual preferences with powerful intrusive thoughts of your sister. Recognize these thoughts as extreme, irrational, and inaccurate. They don’t represent you well as a person at all. More importantly, these thoughts don’t even interest you. They disturb you.

Let intrusive thoughts exist, but don’t feed them your time or energy. They will starve, and fade in time. Be patient, and be persistent.

Thanks for sharing. This is a difficult subject, but you’re not in it alone.

Best wishes.
