ANYONE WITH OCD/BDD WITH APPEARANCE AND FOCUS ON PARTS OF IT?

I got in trouble when I was a teenager for being chubby. I've always cared too much about appearance and sought to have a perfect body, this took me downhill. I am normal, beautiful, but my unconscious mind reminds me that I have specific defects and images of deformation. The toc comes from our beliefs, I'm trying to get rid of it. ANYONE WHO OVERCOME THIS AND CAN ADVICE ME?
