Sexual Intrusive Thoughts - Groinal response

I have been getting horrible sexual intrusive thoughts, is it something like pedophile

OCD, which makes me feel sick to even say or think about but I'll get there horrible unwanted thoughts and I'd get the so called

"groinal response". I won't get an erection or anything like that but it will be something like a little tingle that is it, but it's enough to bring my anxiety on so badly and make me want to run away from the situation
