I wanted to pass on the sweetest thing my mom said to me the other night. I had had a really rough day. Struggled with depression all day had no motivation to do anything, lashed out at family members, and just had a crap day. That evening I was apologizing to mom and said something about wishing I could have hid how I was feeling that day better. And she said, " You tried hard." 🥰 And I just want to pass that on to any of you who may be struggling and feel like u failed. You tried hard. Let it go tomorrow is a new day! Love all you beautiful people! You are seen and loved!

Your pseudo says everything. An OCD warrior. Every time i have to apologize for not succeeding to stop my OCD in front of my family. I even have to apologize for not being married certainly because of OCD. Apologies provide some relieves, because the heart is talking. OCD, the thief of lives.
