I'm just frustrated. I just feel like I'm surviving. I get upset easily and get annoyed at my family and I hate that!!! And it makes no sense!! I have an amazing life. I have a good job I enjoy. Great coworkers. I couldn't ask for a better family. I have friends. Like everything is awsome, but I don't love my life. I feel like I almost never do enough and life almost doesn't feel worth living. I'm so tired of feeling this way. I'm even at a pretty good place with my ocd so it can't be that... oh I just wanna enjoy life!!!

I feel EXACTLY the same way. I’ve worked hard. I have everything going for me. Yet I feel like I’m surviving instead of thriving. I guess we do what our doctors say and take it day by day. Just know im out here too for you. God bless.
I have found that when I'm having a particular issue and the anxiety is elevated, patience is non-existant and I'm extremely irritable. I have also found practicing ACT and relaxation to help. Remember the more you fight it the worse it becomes. Good luck.
I know how you feel. I’m so sorry you’re having to go through this. I have had the same conversation and thoughts lately. Except my OCD has become way worse lately. Just know you’re not alone please, and that through it all we’re all here together. I haven’t posted on here in a long time because I’ve been going through some real rough patches for awhile. I pulled away because that’s how I get when I just don’t know about things anymore. But I haven’t forgotten about everyone here, and just know I’m thinking about you and doing my best to pray for you (without OCD interfering), …All my best thoughts and wishes for you . I’m holding onto whatever hope I can that there is happiness meant for us out there.
I am so sorry to hear that. You could have depression. I know a colleague of mine who feels depressed even when things are going great in her life. Please consider getting evaluated. It could be really helpful and change your life around.
We have a spiritual side to us that can only be met by God himself. As Jesus said, "What does it profit a man if he gains the whole world but loses his own soul?"
The things of this world including even our loved ones/family are gifts from God, but if we don't have a relationship with God then those relationships don't have the meaning and support they need to thrive.
Like plants, our souls need water. Jesus said "whoever drinks of the water that I will give them will never thirst; but the water I give will become in him a spring of water, welling up into eternal life."
The hope and purpose that Jesus offers to us will give birth to a newness of life. It comes by simply believing in Him with your whole heart; meaning to put our full trust in Him that He is the one sent by God Himself, Our Father in Heaven, to be the means of forgiveness for all our sin and unholiness by his death and resurrection. We are now not made right with God by doing anything, except believing by faith in this message about Jesus Christ.
He knows each one of us on a personal level and hears our prayers. Ask him for guidance and He will answer you in one way or another.
We will still encounter struggles and many troubles in life, but with Jesus, we no longer thirst in desperation, but can be confident that He is with us and is for us.
Keep going forward and trust in Jesus!
God bless you!
