Getting sick

So I have been very sick for the last week I was forced to bed rest for that time and was starting to feel better but the last 2 days I feel worse but in a different way and I'm starting to ruminate on if I will ever get better or if I'm dying none of my copes are working

Skjones, I hope you start to feel better soon. I think that OCD plays a role in what I call "dreads" (feeling like you are either never going to get better, or die). I obsess over the worst case scenario and it never helps.

I hope you feel better. I find that fresh air, a good book, and a new perspective really helps.

I feel that way, what helps me is i start living one day or one hour or even one minute at a time depending upon how much that obsessive thought is bugging me. No matter how important you feel it is to obsesses over that thought just take a break for an hour and don't think beyond that just think how will you spend your next one hour.
