I do the same. Learn and practice ACT, mindfulness and relaxation. Find an OCD specialist. If one is not local you can find one online.
I am so sorry that you are suffering. For me, I know I need to make sure I get to be on time at night. During the day if I can sit down for even just a couple minutes, breathint in and out very slowly and not thinking, I can create calm and bring some good energy back.
