I am back with some tardy Wellness Wednesday posts!

I took some time away to spend with my family and am feeling refreshed and ready to be in this space again.

I've been leaning really heavily into my ERP lately. Especially, seeing as how my contamination issues keep getting aggravated (thanks pandemic). The more work I do, the more I realize that bravery and fear are not mutually exclusive at all.

A lot of times, people will say things like "She wasn't scared at all! She was so brave.", but being brave requires being put into a scary situation. So, I think even if you ARE scared, but you lean into that fear and do the scary thing anyway you're super brave too.

OCD and ERP require us to face our fears daily. We are exposed in all sorts of ways in our day to day lives, but we keep going because we are incredibly brave warriors. I truly believe that.

What do you think? How were you brave today?
