OCD is not always the cause.

sometimes we can have negative feelings as anybody can have. the problem wit hOCD is that any issue we can have or any mistake we can do, is directedly credited to OCD. why ? don't fall into this confusion. OCD has his part but we can't every time relate evrything to it. I remember I have had a bad experience with some colleagues and after leaving that job and for long years I thought I was the one who is guilty because I have obcessions or OCD. I always feel that it is my fault. then I met some manager later on at a different job who mentioned the same problem he has with that same person I was having issue. I felt such relief that day, I understood that OCD is not that important and doesn't have that high responsibility in my life. my point in this post is that, you are normal !! and please stop accusing yourself always because of OCD.
