18 months- zero improvement, does anyone else have hyperawareness?

Hey guys ...

It's been 18 months sense I came into this.

I hear all my thoughts and cannot stop listening. It's driving me insane . I am so aware that I have become .... dysfunctional.

I am so aware , I now have extreme looping , extreme depression, and I have disconnected from my own thoughts.

Does anyone have any advice or tips or has experienced this before. I am obsessed with thoughts , my mind , my inner voice , everything.

Thank you

A couple songs come to mind that have helped me:Casting crowns - praise you in this storm

And their song East to West.

Even though this time is difficult, you are never alone in this. You can get through this!

Journaling and talking it out with a therapist or close friend really helps.

Hey :) I have this very similar problem, however I've been dealing with it for a few years now and have found some ways to cope.

I find it best to listen to the thoughts. Try not to act on them but acknowledge that they're there. Don't beat yourself up for something that's out of your control.

Second find ways to express your feelings. whether it's art, music, writing or just talking.

Also try to take time for yourself. whether you're in school or work. Do some things that bring you joy. You sometimes have to take a break from fighting it and just acknowledge it. It is not you.

Hope this helps and hope you're well :)
