Hey I have this very similar problem, however I've been dealing with it for a few years now and have found some ways to cope.
I find it best to listen to the thoughts. Try not to act on them but acknowledge that they're there. Don't beat yourself up for something that's out of your control.
Second find ways to express your feelings. whether it's art, music, writing or just talking.
Also try to take time for yourself. whether you're in school or work. Do some things that bring you joy. You sometimes have to take a break from fighting it and just acknowledge it. It is not you.
