Anyone else?

Does anyone else struggle with sexually intrusive thoughts??? I'm feeling like I'm one of the only ones who is dealing with this. Please. I need to know that I'm not alone.

Definitely not alone. I think it happens to more people willing to admit.

Yes, before I knew what I was dealing with was OCD, I used to feel so guilty trying so hard to get them out of my mind. I just knew it wasn’t me....You are not alone ‘greensummer18’

Thank you Aleese! Btw, I love your name! It's the name of one of my characters in a book I'm writing.

I do but as soon as the thoughts enter my mind I (block) them and let them filter through my brain because I know they are just thoughts.

Do you have any advice on how to block the thoughts? I could really use some help.

I just block them by thinking of something else. Example (Intrusive thought) oh it's a lovely day outside (instead)
