I was accidently expose to a contaminant which made me feel, headaches, tingling, confusion and mentally hyper accelerated.
Later i started having the same repeated symptoms when expose to plastics and many other chemicals like paints, insecticides, the smell of a new car or when turning on the ac in cars. 2 deferent psychiatrist prescribed OCD medications as an experimental treatment since neither of them had seen a case like this before.
This condition was unofficially diagnosed by an allergist to be MCS Multiple chemical Sensitivity. MCS is recognize as an official illness in Canada but in the US is not. Since it is not classified as an illness in the US it is by default consider a psychological disorder or OCD related condition. So my questions is….. is there anyone out there with similar symptoms taking OCD medications and have they help in any way?

Aside from Therapy and/or medication, what techniques or habits have helped the most with your OCD?
Has anyone found a medication that helps them to relax a little/take the edge off?
