How do you get courage for ERP in these circumstances?

I have caught fingernail fungus at my precious job. As you can imagine with ocd, that really was disgusting to me. I went to the dr. And they gave me paint on mail lacquer. I had to do this for nearly 6 months daily. Meanwhile still having to work with 2 people in my store that have it. I was wiping my work station down whenever I got there and when someone would use my computer or phone. After a period of time the fungus came back again, same routine from my doctor. He said the fungus was contagious and it sheds in the air making it contagious. Finally I left that job after almost 7 years, thank God I have no fungus anymore. I now work where people shop at that store and then come to my work, as well as the project manager goes there to the desk where one employee has it pretty bad, and buys from him for the business. I feel like my work is a contaminated place, but not as bad as the first work place. I still clean and wash my hands before I even eat or leave for the day, or even touch my face mask. They say this fungus can even live in hair and can live years even without a host. How would you look at this situation? It sure takes a toll on my life even though I no longer have it, I sure do not want it again ever.

Thank you for help.
