Sorry about that. You see OCD is a chronic condition that never completely goes away and symptoms always fluctuate. So it's normal to get OCD relapses sometimes.

Have you tried exposure response therapy?

I am sorry you are experiencing it again. Sometimes stressful events can make it surface again.....maybe all the changes since covid?Work? Relationship? Whatever brought it on again, have you had treatment with exposure response therapy?

I have noticed that something in my life happens that triggers OCD again. Can you pin point an event recently?

Also, sometimes if you are on a medication, it can just stop working. I experienced this in 2017. I had been on Prozac (max dosage) for years and all of a sudden it stopped working putting me into a deep depression and ramped up OCD. My doctor changed my meds to another and after awhile, now I'm back on track.
