Physical trembling

Hi everyone!

Does anyone else experience trembling and shaking with the anxiety caused by ocd? It is like my body displays physical symptoms of fear. Even though there is nothing real to be afraid of. I can feel the trembling and shaking in my whole body, it feels like it comes from my heart and radiates out through my limbs. It may be a silly idea but I am thinking that if I could only get the trembling go away, my anxiety would decrease. Because when I feel the trembling it is like a real physical proof that I have anxiety and impossible to ignore. Does anyone have any tips on how to calm your body down?

Yes! I do this too. It used to be worse. But I just can't stop it once it starts. Even tho there's really not that much to be anxious about sometimes I will shake anyway. I'm curious to see what others have to say on this as well. I mostly only shake when it comes to social anxiety.
