Severe OCD about all my health issues

I am dealing with OCD and mostly health issues. It causes me to have anxiety problems, depression, and fear of dying because of all of the changes in my body in the past 2 years. Any idea how to just ;et it be, and hope things will improve?

That's exactly my issue. Health OCD for 15 years. I feel you. It's a struggle every day. I work on ERP,I take meds, I meditate, I accept uncertainty as much as I can. i completely understand; the older i get the more obsessed i become with health issues; i wonder if i am afraid of death since i expect bad news whenever i have a symptom; i seem to go from one health concern to another & can't stop thinking about the issue until i have a medical authority check me out & reassure me that all is okay; usually these episodes are followed by a depression probably related to my over-reactions; it's not a fun way to live out the later stage of my life; re: living with uncertainty, that is one key to managing anxiety but not very easy to master
