High dose of Zoloft for ocd?

Hi...I currently take 150 mg of Zoloft for my ocd. I have found it, along with 0.5 mg of klonopin (no judgement please) helps me quite a bit. The hamster wheel in my head of thoughts of stupid things I have done in the past are a bit further away...not forgotten but further away. Anyone take Zoloft and/or the combo I take and have found it helpful? Thanks....

Hi....my daughter has been on Zoloft for 3 years. She is 22 years old and has suffered with OCD her whole life. It is the only medicine that has helped her. She is currently on 300 mg. I wish you well.

Zoloft agrees with me for some of my obsessions but not all. I find that keeping busy and working helps me.

Yes Zoloft has helped to stop that hamster wheel and hopelessness for me. But you need to be patient. It takes forever to kick in fully. 6-8 weeks at least even from when you up dose, you have to give it again 6 weeks. I take lorazepam too and it helps w anxiety overall.... I am hoping that at some point I won’t need that any more if zoloft is in full effect. Keep us posted. Warm wishes. You got this!

Hi I take 200mg of Zoloft I’ve taken for 23 years I was increased to 200mg 10 years ago I’m going through a bit of a bad relapse atm.

No, judgements. Good for you to do what you can to help yourself. =) Do you notice anything else different when you take it? Like you feel relief from OCD symptoms, which is great. Any side effects?
