To All who May Benefit from this Course:

I am taking a free course entitled Align and Design. While it is not a strictly therapeutic program per se, it is one where we discuss the significance of health. It is lead by Dr. William Sutherland. ( M.D.) who has helped me with my anxiety tremendously! It is online and is broadcast from southern Ontario, Canada. I can post more details if anyone is interested. Dr.Sutherland is a compassionate and insightful person who deeply cares about helping others!
