I’m currently going through this sort of thing. I was very happy in my relationship for just over a year and then one day I woke up and it hit me like a freight train. What if I am unhappy and don’t love him anymore? I have been obsessing and ruminating over this for 2 weeks now. It’s so draining and I don’t see an end to it. I am struggling and have convinced myself I can’t be with my loving boyfriend. It’s soul-destroying and no matter what I do I just can’t get out of my own head.
