Can someone please help me . It just started happening to me all of.a sudden. I cant deal with it now. My mind saying you have always been this way and its giving me anxiety can someone relate

You are absolutely correct to recognize these sudden fears of being gay as OCD. It is OCD and it requires that you connect with an OCD therapist to begin Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Hop to it! You are so, so fortunate to have the knowledge and resources so readily available in 2021. I suffered in fear and silence for decades with HOCD and it completely limited my life. Please reach out to a therapist asap.

I agree do not suffer alone. You have been able to recognise this and OCD will convince you that you are this way. Seek the therapist for help and you will be able to cope better. Speak to someone who also understands, it helps. Thinking of you

I can relate to you . For me it started in September of 2020. I was mentally stuck for 4 months and partially still am. Just seek help it will relieve the anxiety. You are not alone and dont have to go through this alone. May god bless you
