Am I overthinking?

My son gets dry lips and he tends to pull skin off. Well with my health ocd I get anxiety when I see his lips get like this! Idk what to do. I’m trying not to freak out!!

Some people just do this just as a nervous habit. It doesn't mean that he has ocd as well. It is more common for ocd people to pull their hair out and pick at their skin. I struggle with skin picking when my ocd is very high.

It is true! Not the greatest to see this open tissue on his lips.

But he will be okay.

Peeling isnt good for them! But i am sure you've told him this.
