When I said "Not to actually test it out?" did you read this as asking if I needed to do this for an exposure task? In other words, when you read it, what did you think I meant?

I can see you are stuck on this ,so put it to bed once and for all,,,,because the constant questioning is turning out to be another trait or layer of the ocd ,that is why your therapist did not want to talk about it ,,,,it's time to now refuse to answer any more ocd questions ,forget about the telly forget about the soap forget about the ocd questions , anything that niggles at you is a waste of energy and time ,,,,remember. That and just repeat to your self I'm not answering ,NO is a sentence
