OCD Is dangerous then covid19

Last month on 6th I got covid19 without having any symptoms just I got giddiness and I couldn't suspect it mag be covid went to hospital doc refered some tab but j was not happy then evening I tasted with random come to know I have positive with 2 members we stayed at same room via OCD one side killing and other side covid19 just started drinking hot water steam inhaled with vicks and gargle with salt water and doc prescribed zincovit twice a day doxiline and mucinac 600 which is diluted with water and drink which is relief from cough and doxy just 4 days my symptoms had gone if you come to OCD it is daily killing us like there is mo tomorrow thing is OCD is killing daily but it wont die but covid19 is short term but kill if u neglect .right now I'm taking a medicine zesat 100mg and clorotril 0.5 only night taking treatment since 10 yrs but ok I'm managing and trying to do some innovative like interior design by watching youtube I'm trying to be busy always we are fighting with thoughts and action life is to fight if we stay strong hope we can chase think we all here fight with OCD

You are right OCD is dangerous than covid. One can know that he has covid but it is tough to find out if you have OCD tougher to stay with it. Have you tried any therapy in 10 years as I have tried ERP therapy and it has helped me a lot and I feel a lot better.
