Hi guys! So I’ve been on my setraline for almost 2 months now and feel a massive difference! I only had one CBT session as the councillor said I can manage this on my own (confessing negative thoughts about my partner is my compulsion) does anyone have any tips of how to not confess without the dreaded anxiety ruling my life?

When it comes tomanage the anxiety I will recommend mindfulness and ACT. I have read plenty of books about OCD - and now I´m working through "The ACT workbook for OCD"/ Marisa T Mazza. I love it! We ghave to learn to lean into the discomfort and the feelings of shame and anxiety and we cal learn to do that. Wishing you the best!
