Finally! Day 13 and I can see a difference in me. I’m smiling again and my anxiety has decreased a hell of a lot! I’m not telling my girlfriend my intrusive thoughts to make me feel better. Up yours OCD!! Setraline Thankyou 😊.

does medication change you? or do you feel like yourself just without the ocd part?

I feel more myself again. The thoughts are still there but don’t come as frequently and when they do I feel relaxed about it x

I have CBT therapy coming up 😊 Thankyou very much. The doctors have upped to 100mg today though but I’m happy it doesn’t bother me x
