I hope you are all doing well. In light of Covid-19 and the anxiety that it has produced, I would like to share a blogpost written by Dr. Aureen Wagner. In this post she goes over 4 C's of what we CAN DO showing us that we have choices and can take a stand to our anxiety/OCD.
1. Calm- Take a few minutes to breathe and assess your feelings.
2. Consistency- Develop a new balanced routine.
3. Containment- Contain your anxiety as well as the virus.
4. Caring- Care for yourself and others.
