I have been struggling with some obsessive thoughts for the past week.

Those thoughts are creating lots of anxiety with doubts, uncertainty.

I tried to put them in an OCD box, but it was not working out, since my anxiety was high.

Thus, I started to use the technique of accepting the thoughts.

I am trying to let the thoughts just be there.

The thoughts still keep popping up, but they are not weak enough to be put into an OCD box yet.

Once the thoughts lose power and intensity, they can be put into an OCD box.
