This is an excellent article that summarizes what it’s like to live with uncertainty in OCD- thanks for sharing this and all the other articles you have shared.
I am currently well have been trying to read here book,for awhile now ..its a great book ...
Article is so true ...just wish at the time moment the OCD kicks in that very true few paragraphs about uncertainty would snap in my brain and I could somehow grasp it..
