Ocd exacerbating Depression

Hi everyone on here. Hope everyone is having a great day on here. Just wanted to vent a bit I guess. Just wanted to know if anyone on here suffers from both depression and OCD. I find that when my OCD is out of control my depression gets worse and worse. I’m definitely trying my best to recover but the last few weeks have been tough. I do see a therapist once a week and I see an APN once every 2 weeks for my meds. I try to use the tools my Dr gives me but OCD can be challenging. Thank you. SAMSON

I suffer from depression and OCD.

Usually, depression goes with OCD.

I am on lots of medications for daily basis survival.

OCD has not improved with the medications.

Anti-depressants medicines help with depression and OCD.

I hope your treatment works.

Take Care.

My ocd leads to depression and anxiety and then panic attacks. They are all linked together If there was a cure or a way to erase these thoughts from my mind I would do it
