It is very strange, but every morning, my OCD is usually at its worst.
My obsessions start about doubting past things, by fixating on a certain topic.
The frustrating part is that the OCD digs into different fears, creates scenarios,
heightened anxiety.
Towards the initial stages, it is a lot of suffering, going through an OCD episode.
Then, the remaining of the day, it just goes into replay, and trying to bully back
to the OCD bully.
