I'm a disabled mother of two. I've been happily married for 21 years. I have lots of crafting hobbies and I love to volunteer when I'm able. I suffer from Pure OCD with intrusive thoughts, depression, anxiety, paranoia and PTSD. I'm currently in therapy and working with a psychiatrist. I have a hard time opening up and hope to change that with this group. I look forward to meeting everyone and offer my support to others.

Hi! Welcome!! I would echo what selesnya asked- are you seeing an ocd trained therapist that does ERP? (Exposure and response prevention). I ask because I have anxiety, depression and pure ocd with harm thoughts and relationships ocd. I’m 57 and after years of avoiding, ups and downs with my mental illness, I finally got the help I needed and am doing great!! I would say I’m in recovery. I also know that this is a lifelong illness that i will always need help for. We are here for you💝
