For those that are new to trying to deal with OCD, or if you can't afford therapy, I would check out:

cbtschool.com/10things

Kimberley Quinlan has a free offering of webinars that is running this week on an introduction to OCD and how to deal with it. If you have been waiting to check out Your Anxiety Toolkit or other OCD podcasts, I expect that this will be a good introduction.
