Has anyone got experience of taking Mirtazapine for Pure O/HOCD, does it keep the Intrusive thoughts at bay?

What dosage? I started on 15mg for 4 weeks and am now just ending my 3rd week on 30mg but had no effect so far.

We're u put on them because you can't tolerate SSRI's?
