CBD oil for OCD

Hello.

I'm interested to know if anyone on here with OCD or Tyrettes has tried taking CBD oil and if so has it helped them or had any effect at all - good or bad?

Please post as much detail as possible i.e. How much you took and for how long and the percentage of CBD in the oil/ brand etc. This info will all be useful for others wanting to try it if it's effective in any way.

Thanks

I tried 40 mg per day for 3 months. It really didn’t help. That doesn’t mean it won’t work for you. Hang in there.

Thanks. Sorry that it didn't help you. Maybe others will post here with their experiences and we'll build a larger picture of CBD.
