Melt down at School

Today I had to do a group presentation for a grade (points) about Interpersonal Communications and Disclosure after my classmates and I visited a Nursing home as a service learning project. I broke down in tears as I redisclosed to them about having OCD and the struggles with it. My teacher said not to apologize because it is apart of who I am. I am doing really good in my classes. I end this current semester May 8th. I turn 49 May 9th. A year later from my last trigger(episode) and I'm still here FIGHTING!😊 I have an A and a B currently grade level wise so we shall see!
